CorrectPST is a narrowly scoped diagnostic and repair service for supported Unicode Outlook PST files.
Diagnosis and repair
Free diagnosis determines whether CorrectPST can attempt its supported repair path. CorrectPST Light costs $39 once and grants three CorrectPST repair credits. One credit is consumed when an eligible repair attempt begins.
A repair attempt does not guarantee that every damaged PST can be recovered. CorrectPST may decline a file when a safe result cannot be produced. Automatic credit refunds are not currently provided for an attempt that begins and later fails or is declined.
Your files
You must have the right to process each uploaded PST. Source and repaired files are kept in private storage, made available only through authorized job access, and retained for 24 hours after a terminal result unless you choose Delete now sooner.
Keep your original PST and make your own backup. Do not treat a repaired download as your only copy until you have tested it in your own environment.
Product scope
The MVP supports eligible Unicode PST files up to 7.5 GiB. It does not support OST conversion. CorrectPST is an independent CorrectFormats product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
