Local file selection

When you select a file on the landing page, your browser checks whether its name ends in .pst and assigns its size to a broad range. The file contents are not read or uploaded. The filename, local path, and exact size are not transmitted.

Controlled product analytics

We measure a small set of funnel actions, such as landing-page visits, calls to action, file-picker use, valid or unsupported selection, broad file-size range, and private-beta intent.

Analytics must not contain filenames, paths, email addresses, message content, subjects, senders or recipients, folder names, attachment names, PST-derived text, raw parser output, or exact file sizes. The event endpoint rejects properties outside its controlled allowlist.

Private-beta contact

The contact link opens your email application. If you choose to send a message, it is handled by your email provider and ours. Do not attach a PST or include mailbox contents in the message.

Future upload service

Production upload, diagnosis, payment, repair, and download are not currently enabled on this site. Storage, encryption, access controls, retention, and deletion behavior will be documented before file uploads are offered.
